Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email right away and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost and delivery time
- Free Standard Shipping on every order, no minimum.
- United States: typically 7–14 business days from order to delivery.
- Canada and Australia: typically 8–18 business days from order to delivery.
- Your bundle and free lick mat ship together in one package.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, customs, weather and peak seasons.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can pause for a few days while your package moves between carriers; that's normal.
Holiday orders
For delivery before December 25, please order by December 1 (US) or November 25 (Canada and Australia).
Customs and duties
Orders to Canada and Australia may be subject to import taxes set by your country. These are rare on orders of this size, but if any apply they are the customer's responsibility.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. Email support@wagwillow.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
