90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love your Wagwillow products. If you're not happy with the results for any reason, email support@wagwillow.com within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price, even if the product has been opened and used. No need to send it back.

One-time purchase. No subscriptions.

Every order is a single, one-time payment. We never sign you up for a subscription or charge you again without a new order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
