Is this a subscription? Will I get charged again?
No. Every Wagwillow order is a one-time purchase. We never sign you up for a subscription, we never save you into auto-renewals, and we never charge your card again unless you place a new order yourself.
I see a charge I don't recognize. What do I do?
Email us with the last 4 digits of the card and the date. We'll look it up and reply within 24 hours. Since we don't run subscriptions, any charge from us matches an order you placed, and we'll show you exactly which one.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel or update it. After it ships, you're still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

What if it doesn't work for my dog?
Email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price, even if the bottle has been opened and used. That's it.
Do I have to ship it back or pay for return shipping?
No. You don't need to send back an opened product, so there's no return label to chase and no return shipping to pay.
How long does a refund take?
We approve refunds within 1–2 business days of your email. Your bank then posts it to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Where do you ship, and does it cost anything?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia, and shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days in the US and 8–18 business days in Canada and Australia. See our Shipping Policy.
Where's my order? Tracking hasn't moved.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can pause for a few days while a package moves between carriers, which is normal. If it hasn't moved in 10 business days, or hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, email us and we'll reship it or refund you.
My package was returned or lost. What now?
Email us your order number. If a package is lost or returned to us because of a carrier issue, we'll reship it or refund you, your choice.

Yes. Your bundle and your free lick mat ship together in one package.

How do I use DentaPaw Spray?
Lift your dog's lip and give 2 sprays on the back teeth, once a day. About 10 seconds. Follow it with a treat and most dogs settle into the routine within a week.
How fast will I notice fresher breath?
Many owners notice fresher breath within the first few days of daily use. Every dog is different, and the daily habit is what makes the difference, so give it a couple of weeks. If you're not happy, the 90-day guarantee has you covered.
My dog hates having his mouth touched. Will this work?
That's exactly who DentaPaw is for. There's no brush, no scrubbing and no opening the mouth wide. Just lift the lip, spray, treat.
What if my dog licks or swallows the spray?
That's expected. It's a gentle, alcohol-free formula made to be used in a dog's mouth every day.
Is it OK for small, senior or sensitive dogs?
Yes. The fine mist and mild formula are gentle for small breeds and older dogs. If your dog has a health condition affecting the mouth or gums, or a known allergy to any ingredient, check with your vet first.
Can I use it alongside dental chews or brushing?
Yes. DentaPaw fits alongside whatever you already do. Many owners use it on the days brushing just isn't happening.
How long does a bottle last? I have more than one dog.
